The deluxe cheeseburger is a true embodiment of American gastronomy, combining the rich flavor of beef tenderloin, the tangy notes of Worcestershire sauce, and the creamy texture of gorgonzola. This variation of the classic cheeseburger highlights a wealth of flavors: tender meat with aromatic spices stuffed with melting cheese and mushrooms creates juiciness and depth of taste. Grilling adds a light smokiness that harmoniously intertwines with the salty cheese and freshness of green onions. The deluxe cheeseburger is perfect for cozy home evenings or festive barbecues, delivering true pleasure with every bite. Such a burger not only satisfies hunger but also transforms an ordinary meal into a genuine gastronomic experience.

1
Place dried mushrooms in a small bowl and pour boiling water over them for 20 minutes.
- Dried mushrooms: 30 g
- Boiling water: 0.5 glass
2
Place the beef tenderloin, Worcestershire sauce, marjoram, and pepper in a bowl. Rub the meat with the spices.
- Beef tenderloin: 500 g
- Worcestershire sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Dried marjoram: 2 teaspoons
- Freshly ground black pepper: 2 teaspoons
3
Drain the water from the mushrooms into a separate container (we will need it), wipe the mushrooms. Chop the mushrooms finely and add cheese in pieces, green onion, and salt. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and make a thick patty from each.
- Gorgonzola cheese: 100 g
- Green onions: 4 bunchs
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
4
Cut the fillet into 12 pieces, pound each one. Place the cheese mixture on 6 pieces of meat and cover with the remaining 6 pieces. To prevent the juice from leaking during frying, seal the edges with pieces of the patty.
- Beef tenderloin: 500 g
5
Preheat the grill.
6
Grill the burgers for about 5 minutes. Carefully flip with a spatula to prevent juices from leaking and to avoid them falling apart.
7
Enjoy your meal!
