Oven-baked zucchini is a fragrant and tender dish of Russian cuisine that combines simplicity and exquisite taste. Zucchini 'boaters' stuffed with mushrooms, onions, and their own pulp gain richness and juiciness when baked. Delicate spices enhance the natural sweetness of the vegetables, while thin slices of tomatoes add freshness and a slight tang. This dish not only pleases the eye with its color contrast but also fits perfectly for a light dinner or festive table. With its low calorie content and richness in vitamins, it perfectly fits into a healthy diet. Baked zucchini can be served as a standalone dish or complemented with fresh herbs and sauces that highlight its delicate flavor.
