Buffalo wings with cayenne pepper are one of the most iconic dishes of American cuisine, originating from Buffalo, New York. They were invented in 1964 at Anchor Bar when Teresa Bellissimo made crispy chicken wings in spicy sauce for her son and his friends. Since then, they have become a symbol of savory snacks. The crispy crust, spiciness of cayenne pepper, and rich flavor of paprika create a vibrant combination that awakens the appetite. These wings are perfect for friendly gatherings, parties, and sports broadcasts. They are eaten by hand, enjoying every bite, and traditionally served with ranch sauce and fresh celery sticks to soften the heat a bit. Their unique taste makes them a favorite dish for millions around the world.
