Chicken roll in puff pastry

Chicken roll in puff pastry is an exquisite dish of Russian cuisine that combines the tenderness of chicken fillet, the spiciness of cheese, and the crispy texture of golden puff pastry. This recipe stems from the tradition of baking meat fillings in dough that preserves the juiciness of the product and creates an appetizing crust. The flavor of the roll is harmonious: the softness of chicken meat pairs perfectly with melting cheese, while the pastry adds lightness and a slight crunch. It is perfect for a festive dinner or a cozy family lunch. Served hot, cut diagonally, and complemented with fresh vegetables or aromatic sauces. This dish not only pleases the eye but also offers rich gastronomic experiences.
