Provencal fried mushrooms are a fragrant dish infused with Mediterranean spirit. This recipe features tender champignons sautéed in butter with rosemary, adding a rich herbal aroma. Sweet red wine deepens the flavor, making the mushrooms juicy and exquisite. The light caramelized note adds a special piquancy. The dish pairs perfectly with crispy baguettes, pasta, or meat dishes.
