Cut the chicken breast into 4 nice pieces. Season each piece with pepper, place in a deep bowl, and add garlic and soy sauce to taste (instead of salt). Pour in 10% cream up to 1/2 cup. Refrigerate to marinate for at least 1 hour.

Take the fillet out of the fridge. Take a baking tray and grease it with olive oil. Place the fillet on the tray, cover it with foil, and put it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until cooked.

- Mustard: to taste
- Green salad: to taste
- Cucumbers: 1 piece
- Tomatoes: 2 pieces
- Grated Parmesan cheese: to taste
- Wheat Tortillas: 4 pieces

Take the cooked fillet out of the oven. Take a tortilla, spread it with mayonnaise and mustard, add a leaf of lettuce, randomly sliced cucumber and tomato, cilantro (to taste), sliced chicken fillet, and grated Parmesan cheese on top. Roll the tortilla and heat each side in a preheated pan (without oil) until crispy. Place on a plate and enjoy your meal!)
