Cheese cookies for wine are an exquisite snack of European cuisine that perfectly complements the atmosphere of leisurely conversations and tasting noble drinks. Their fragility and rich cheese flavor harmoniously blend with the subtlety of cold dry wine, revealing the full depth of gastronomic pleasure. The dough is made from flour, butter, and Dutch cheese, giving the cookies a delicate crumbly texture. Additional aromatic notes come from poppy seeds, rosemary, and sesame seeds, while a golden crust brushed with egg white makes each piece crispy and appetizing. These cookies can be served with both wine and beer, but their flavor is especially pronounced with wine. The history of such cheese snacks originates in traditional European wine-producing regions where perfect gastronomic pairings are selected for each type of wine.

It results in a crumbly mass that easily forms into a ball. Wrap the ball in film and place it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

Roll each piece into a 20x20 cm square, cut the square into 16 squares of 5x5 cm, and then cut each square diagonally.
