Scones with cheese and herbs

Cheese and herb scones are exquisite pastries with European charm reminiscent of traditional English biscuits. They have a crispy golden crust and a tender, airy texture with a rich creamy cheese flavor inside. The added herbs provide fresh, aromatic notes, making them perfect for breakfast, snacks, or cozy tea time. They are easy to prepare: a quick dough mix without long kneading preserves the scone's lightness while baking at high temperatures creates an appetizing crust. Delicious on their own but also pair wonderfully with butter, cream cheese or light sauces. These scones are a great treat for those who appreciate simplicity in preparation and rich flavor.
