French fries without oil
1 serving
30 minutes
Oil-free French fries are an amazing alternative to traditional fast food, combining lightness and crunch without harmful fats. This recipe originates from a desire for healthy eating by excluding oil while maintaining an appetizing texture and rich flavor. Baked potatoes coated with a thin layer of egg white achieve a golden crust and tender flesh inside. Sea salt and herbs add sophistication and enhance the natural taste of the potato. This type of potato is perfect for light dinners, healthy snacks, and as a side dish to meat and vegetable dishes. Enjoy its aroma, warmth, and crunch while discovering a new perspective on your favorite dish!
