Squid with soy sauce is a refined dish that combines the tenderness of seafood with rich Asian notes. Although it belongs to European cuisine, soy sauce adds an Eastern depth of flavor, making the squid appetizingly aromatic. The light caramelization of onions adds a sweet touch that harmonizes with the tender squid meat, while garlic enhances the spiciness. This dish is perfect for a quick dinner or an elegant appetizer due to its simple and fast cooking technique. Stir-fried squid retains its firmness and reveals its rich flavor. It pairs well with rice, fresh vegetables, or can serve as a standalone gastronomic highlight.
