Prepare the shrimp - cut the shell along the back of each shrimp down to the tail. Spread the meat and remove the dark intestinal muscle.
- Shrimps: 1 kg

Mix wine with olive oil, lemon juice, grill seasoning, salt, and pepper, and marinate the shrimp in this mixture for 3 hours.
- Dry white wine: 50 ml
- Olive oil: 50 ml
- Lemon juice: 30 ml
- Spice mix for shashlik: to taste
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Skewer 5–7 shrimp (depending on size) on wooden skewers and grill for 2–3 minutes on each side, constantly brushing them with marinade.
