Mimosa roll in lavash

In essence, this is a light version of the salad, but without layers and carrots, but smartly wrapped in thin wheat lavash. The combination turned out to be excellent: the lavash is perfectly soaked with fats and sets off the bright character of the salad.

Lay out the lavash. Spread mayonnaise on each sheet. Grate eggs on one, cheese on the second, and mashed sardines on the third. Sprinkle onions and dill on top of each sheet.

- Grated cheese: 200 g
- Canned saury in oil: 1 jar
- Green onions: to taste

Roll the first sheet into a roll. Place it at the beginning of the second sheet and continue rolling. Then place it at the beginning of the third sheet and roll it to the end. Put it in a bag and send it to the fridge (best overnight, it soaks better that way).
