    Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Wash the zucchini and dry it with a paper towel.

    Required ingredients:

    Lay the slices in a single layer (!) on a parchment-lined baking sheet and season with Provencal herbs and khmeli-suneli. Drizzle with olive oil, without overdoing it.
