Zucchini chips are a light and crispy snack inspired by Italian cuisine, where simplicity and ingredient quality play a key role. Historically, zucchini dishes are popular in the Mediterranean for their delicate flavor and versatility. Baked slices seasoned with Provençal herbs and khmeli-suneli create an aromatic harmony highlighted by the lightness of olive oil. These chips are perfect for an aperitif or as an addition to a fresh salad, delighting with a crunchy texture without excess fat. Quick preparation makes them an ideal choice for a healthy snack, while their rich flavor and airiness provide an excellent alternative to traditional potato chips.
