    Place the puff pastry (thawed at room temperature) on a floured surface and roll it out slightly.

    Cut the edges of the dough on both sides (opposite each other), leaving the middle intact (as in the photo).

    We prepare the filling. We fry the cooked sausage (bacon or anything you like), place it in the center of our dough, spreading it vertically (leaving the cut edges) — in my case, the sausage was fried with egg.
