Vegetable appetizer with ham and eggs "Fly agaric"

10 servings

25 minutes

The vegetable snack with ham and eggs 'Fly Agaric' is an amazing combination of freshness and tenderness. Its appearance resembles a fairy-tale fly agaric, making the dish a true decoration for the festive table. The snack was born in the spirit of European cuisine, where aesthetics play an important role. The taste is soft and harmonious: juicy cucumbers, spicy ham, delicate cheese, and airy eggs combined with mayonnaise create a perfect balance. Cherry tomatoes act as mushroom caps, adding a light tanginess. The dish not only pleases the eye but also works well as a light snack or an addition to main treats. The mix of textures makes each bite unique, while the crispy greens complete the picture of freshness and richness.

We grate boiled eggs and cheese on a fine grater. We cut the ham into small cubes. In a deep bowl, we mix the eggs, cheese, ham, and mayonnaise. We cut the cherry tomatoes in half. We slice the cucumber into rings half a centimeter thick. All the components of the snack are ready, now we just need to assemble them into an original composition.

    Required ingredients:
    1. Chicken egg3 pieces
    2. Cheese100 g
    3. Ham120 g
    4. Mayonnaise2 tablespoons
    5. Cherry tomatoes15 pieces

On a flat plate, we lay chopped greens that will serve as a meadow for the fly agarics. Any greens you have on hand will do: onion, dill, parsley, etc. On top of the greens, we place pieces of cucumber that will serve as the base for the mushrooms. From a mixture of eggs, cheese, and ham, we form small balls. If you flatten such a ball from the top and bottom, it will become a barrel that serves as the mushroom's stem. We place the resulting stems on the cucumbers. On top, we put red caps made from halved cherry tomatoes. To give this already beautiful appetizer a finished look, we just need to draw white dots from mayonnaise on the red caps. It's easiest to do this with a regular toothpick.

    Required ingredients:
    1. Green1 bunch
    2. Cucumbers2 pieces
    3. Chicken egg3 pieces
    4. Cheese100 g
    5. Ham120 g
