Banana rolls with carob and sesame are a tender and aromatic pastry that combines the sweetness of bananas with subtle notes of cinnamon and cardamom. Carob, a natural cocoa substitute, gives the rolls a soft chocolate hue, while sesame adds a light nutty texture. This recipe emerged from the pursuit of a healthy alternative to traditional baking, offering rich flavor without added sugar. The rolls are perfect for breakfast or a light snack and can be served with honey or fruit jam. The simplicity of preparation makes them an excellent choice for home cooking, while the multicooker ensures even baking and softness of the dough. This dessert not only delights in taste but also provides benefits due to natural ingredients rich in vitamins and fiber.

Mash the bananas in a blender, add baking soda, cardamom, cinnamon, honey, and carob. Let it sit for 20 minutes for better rising of the buns. Add flour and knead the dough with a spoon. To make the dough softer, you can add a little wheat flour.
