Ministerial Chicken Cutlets

30 minutes
Ministerial-style chicken cutlets are a tender and juicy dish that comes from European cuisine. Legend has it that this recipe was created for high-ranking officials to highlight the simplicity and sophistication of flavor. The special consistency of the batter, thanks to the addition of mayonnaise and starch, makes the cutlets airy and soft, while the golden crust gives them an appetizing appearance. They can be served as a main dish with a side of mashed potatoes or fresh vegetables, and also used as a base for burgers and sandwiches. A great option for cozy family dinners or festive events.
