Cheese lavash with croutons is a delicious and nutritious dish from Armenian cuisine that combines the softness of lavash, the tenderness of cottage cheese, and the crunch of croutons. Lavash, a traditional Armenian bread known for its thinness and elasticity, is filled with a fragrant filling in this recipe. The sour cream mixture with mustard adds zest while lettuce leaves provide freshness. Chicken fillet makes the dish more filling and croutons create a pleasant contrast in textures. This lavash can be served as a light snack, nutritious breakfast, or appetizing appetizer at a party. Wrapped in a napkin and slightly chilled, it becomes especially enjoyable to eat, revealing all flavor nuances. Simple to prepare yet exquisite in taste, this recipe is perfect for a quick but refined treat.
