Cut the salmon fillet into small slices.
- Salmon fillet: 2 pieces

For the marinade, place salmon slices in a bowl, season well with pepper, add a bit of sugar, lemon juice (pour it well over the fish), a little soy sauce, and 2 drops of Tabasco sauce.
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Chop ginger and leek, add everything to a bowl, then add 2 cloves of garlic and a few tablespoons of olive oil.
