On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough thinly and place the ham on it.
- Wheat flour: 20 g
- Yeast puff pastry: 500 g
- Parma ham: 100 g

Next, add a layer of salad. It can be any greens you like.
- Romaine lettuce: 50 g

Sprinkle sesame on top and roll the dough into a roll, starting from the shorter side of the rectangle.

Slice the roll into small pieces about 1 cm thick. Place the small pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle the rolls with sesame seeds again.
