Cut the vegetables into small strips and the chicken the same way. Fry the vegetables over high heat for 3 minutes. Add the chicken, stir frequently, and fry for another 3 minutes.
- Sweet pepper: 50 g

Add garlic, diced tomatoes, and simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and add ground coriander.

We take the tortilla and send it to the oven to warm up slightly (otherwise it will be brittle). I took Armenian lavash, 2 sheets.

Place the tortilla on the table, add chicken with vegetables, a tablespoon of beans, corn to taste, and sprinkle with cheese. Roll it up, closing the edges.

We transfer the burrito to the baking pan (lightly grease the pan with oil).

Spread the top of the burrito with the pre-prepared salsa sauce (to make the sauce, blend all ingredients): 1 tomato, 4 sprigs of cilantro, 1 clove of garlic, 0.5 onion, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste.
