Potato balls with cheese

Cheesy potato balls are a true gastronomic delight inspired by Italian cuisine. The tender mashed potatoes mixed with egg and spices create a soft, airy base. Inside hides a piece of cheddar cheese that melts into a gooey, flavorful filling when heated. Breadcrumbs add a crispy crust, and frying in oil gives an appetizing golden hue. These balls are perfect as an appetizer, side dish, or even a main course, especially with tomato or garlic sauce. They will adorn any table with their harmonious blend of flavors—creamy potato, rich cheese, and crunchy crust.
