Layered roll with crab sticks and cheese is a delicate and appetizing dish that combines the creamy texture of cheese, the spiciness of garlic, and the delicate sea flavor of crab sticks. Its roots go back to Italian culinary traditions, where experimenting with fillings and layered textures is common. Lavash soaked in three layers of aromatic ingredients becomes soft and juicy, and after cooling, the roll takes on a perfect shape for slicing. This roll is excellent as an appetizer on a festive table or as a gourmet snack. It is easy to prepare, and its combination of flavors makes it a favorite among guests. The pleasant sweet note of crab sticks balances with creamy cheese and garlic's sharpness, creating a harmonious and unforgettable taste.
