Separate 2 eggs into yolks and whites. Beat the yolks with salt. Add water and gradually mix in the sifted flour until a smooth dough forms.
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces
- Salt: pinch
- Water: 2.5 glasss
- Wheat flour: 1.5 glass

Add vegetable oil and let the dough rest for 2 hours. It can be left in the fridge overnight.

Whip the egg whites with a mixer and gently fold into the dough.

Bake pancakes on a dry skillet or with a small amount of oil.

In a food processor, mix chicken breast with onion. Add salt, pepper to taste, and a few tablespoons of water, milk, or cream to make the meat mixture easy to spread.

- Cream 10%: 2 tablespoons

Cut each pancake in half.
