Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes. Fry in vegetable oil.
- Chicken fillet: 200 g

Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly.
- Champignons: 10 pieces

Slice the onion into half rings. Fry in vegetable oil until translucent.
- Onion: 1 head

Add mushrooms and cook until all the liquid evaporates.

Add the fried fillet, sour cream, wheat flour, salt, and pepper. Mix everything and cook on low heat for about 2 minutes until the julienne thickens.
- Chicken fillet: 200 g
- Sour cream 10%: 5 tablespoon
- Wheat flour: 2 teaspoons

Carefully cut the tops off the buns, remove the insides, leaving not too thick walls.
- Round bun: 4 pieces
