Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

In a blender, mix all the ingredients, leaving 1 tablespoon of parmesan, add salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Canned Artichoke Hearts: 800 g
- Light mayonnaise: 100 g
- Grated Parmesan cheese: 240 g
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Cayenne pepper: pinch
- Coarse salt: to taste
- Grated lemon zest: 2 teaspoons
- Freshly ground black pepper: to taste

Transfer the mixture into 1 or 2 molds and sprinkle with parmesan.
