Chop the nuts, pour boiling water over them, and let them sit for an hour to absorb the water and swell.

Knead the dough from flour, water (150 ml), and a teaspoon of salt.

Heat the pan, melt butter in it, and fry the flatbreads on both sides - on low heat and covered. Brush the finished chudu with butter.
