Preheat the oven to 230 degrees.

Cut the tofu into medium rectangles.
- Firm tofu: 800 g

In a container, mix 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and soy sauce. Dip the tofu slices in the sauce on all sides and place them on the baking sheets greased with the remaining vegetable oil.

Remove seeds from the peppers and cut them into thin strips. Place them next to the tofu.

Send to the oven for 10 minutes, flip, and fry for another 10-15 minutes until the tofu is golden and the peppers have charred skin.

In a small saucepan over low heat, mix peanut butter, lime juice, chili sauce, brown sugar, 3 tablespoons of water, and the remaining soy sauce. Heat until warm.

- Brown sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
