Peel the pineapple and chop it into small cubes - it should yield about 3 cups.
- Pineapple: 0.5 piece

Grate 2 teaspoons of orange zest on a fine grater. Then peel the orange and carefully cut out the segments. Transfer the segments to a bowl, slightly mash them, squeeze in the juice, and add the zest.
- Oranges: 1 piece

In a food processor, grind half of the cranberries to a fine state, but not to a puree. Add the remaining cranberries and grind again. Then add orange segments with juice, pineapple, honey, sugar, salt, and pepper. Gently mix and transfer to a bowl. Chill.
