Cut the tails off the figs. Cut the cheese into 12 equal pieces. Split the nuts in half. Cut the ham in half lengthwise.
- Black fig: 12 pieces
- Blue cheese: 60 g
- Pecan: 6 pieces
- Prosciutto: 6 pieces

Soak 12 wooden toothpicks in cold water for 10 minutes. Preheat the grill.

Cut the fig in half lengthwise (vertically), without cutting all the way through. Gently open it and place pieces of cheese and a piece of nut in each. Slightly press and wrap each in a piece of prosciutto, securing with a toothpick. Brush with olive oil and place on the grill.
