Fried carrots with feta and parsley is a dish inspired by Greek cuisine, where the freshness of ingredients plays a key role. Carrots roasted to a golden color acquire a delicate sweetness that pairs wonderfully with the salty, creamy flavor of feta and the freshness of aromatic parsley. Olive oil adds a light fruity note, while black pepper and salt balance the taste. This simple yet exquisite dish is perfect as a side for meat or fish but can also serve as a light snack on its own. Its roots lie in the Mediterranean tradition of using fresh vegetables, herbs, and cheese to create harmony of flavors and textures. Ideal for a summer outdoor dinner, it brings the feeling of sunny Greece with every bite.
