Stuffed tomatoes with a salad of peaches, cucumbers, corn, and basil are a light and refreshing dish that combines the brightness of summer ingredients and harmony of flavors. The sweetness of ripe peaches contrasts with crunchy cucumbers, while fresh corn kernels add a light sweetness to the dish. The dressing of olive oil and lime juice highlights the natural aromas, while basil adds spiciness and freshness.
