Baked Zucchini Sticks with Garlic and Provencal Herbs
4 servings
30 minutes
Baked zucchini sticks with garlic and Provençal herbs are a light, aromatic snack from European cuisine. Inspired by Mediterranean traditions, this recipe combines the freshness of zucchini, the spiciness of garlic, and the subtle aroma of Provençal herbs. The baked sticks acquire a tender texture with a slight crispy crust. Their taste is a harmony of sweet zucchini, rich olive oil, and a fragrant bouquet of spices. This is an ideal option for a light dinner, an accompaniment to meat and fish dishes, or as a standalone snack.

1
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees.
2
Cut the zucchini in half crosswise, then each half into small sticks. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet, skin side down.

4
Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with Provençal herbs, season with salt and pepper, and mix.
