Baked Brussels Sprouts with Garlic

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Place the cabbage heads in a fireproof pan and mix with minced garlic. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Brussels sprouts: 500 g
- Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper: to taste

Send to the oven for 20 minutes, then stir and cook for another 10 minutes. The cabbage should be golden brown and slightly crispy on the outside.
