Stewed wild garlic with lemon juice

Rinse about 4 handfuls of wild garlic leaves well, cutting off all the tough parts beforehand.
- Wild garlic: 1 bunch

Melt butter in a saucepan. Add ramson and a little water. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until the leaves are soft.
