This exquisite recipe combines aromatic roasted hazelnuts with the spicy notes of fresh thyme and the citrus brightness of orange and lemon. European cuisine is renowned for its attention to detail, and this dish is a perfect example. Warm hazelnuts, toasted to perfection, acquire a crunchy texture, while butter adds a rich and velvety flavor. The addition of sea salt enhances the depth of the nutty aroma, while thyme brings a slight bitterness. The zest of orange and lemon refreshes the composition and makes the snack ideal for serving on cold evenings or as an elegant complement to wine tasting. This dish not only reveals a wealth of flavors but also demonstrates simplicity in preparation, turning ordinary ingredients into a gastronomic delight.
