Spanish tortilla is a symbol of rustic simplicity and rich flavors of Spain. Historically, it was a nutritious food for peasants, as eggs and potatoes are accessible ingredients. This version adds smoked ham and peppers, giving the dish richness and spiciness. Young potatoes fried to golden become a tender base for the soft, aromatic egg mixture. Smoked paprika adds a warm, smoky note while parsley refreshes the taste. Served hot or cold, it is perfect for family dinners or picnics. Each bite carries the aroma of sunshine, traditions, and hospitality of Spain.
