Boil three liters of salted water, remove it from heat, and soak the rice noodles in it (check the label for exact soaking time, as there may be variations; some types of noodles are even recommended to be boiled on low heat for two to three minutes). Rinse the cooked noodles with cold water.
- Rice noodles: 500 g
- Coarse salt: to taste

Heat a tablespoon of peanut oil in a wok. Crush the dried peppers into small flakes and add them to the wok. Also add the wild garlic leaves, a pinch of salt, and stir-fry for two minutes. Then remove from heat, mix with rice noodles, and serve.
