Soak the fern for about 12 hours, rinse, cut off the tops, leaving only the stems, and cut them into lengths of 4-5 cm.

In hot oil, fry the sliced onion in half rings, add the prepared fern, salt, sugar, seasoning, and soy sauce to taste.
