Roasted peanuts with cherries in spices

30 minutes
Fried peanuts with cherry in spices is an unusual combination that surprises and delights. This snack embodies contrasts: salty, crunchy peanuts are complemented by the sweetness of dried cherries, while spicy seasonings add depth to the flavor. Barbecue sauce along with garlic and cumin gives the dish a rich, smoky aroma, and cayenne pepper adds a spicy kick. This recipe may have emerged in search of harmony between sweet and salty, inspired by traditional Russian nut preparation methods. This treat is perfect as a standalone snack, an accompaniment to beer or tea time, and as an original ingredient for salads and meat dishes.
