Making the marinade: Finely chop the herbs, chili, and garlic. Zest the lemons and add to the bowl with the chopped herbs and vegetables. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon in as well. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix well.
- Green onions: 5 stem

- Garlic: 1 clove

Cut the mozzarella into large cubes (1.5-2 cm sides). Place in the marinade, gently mix, and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Mozzarella cheese: 150 g

Cut the bread into cubes, 12 pieces
- Whole wheat bread: 100 g

Try to cut the pepper into 12 flat cubes.
- Red sweet pepper: 1 kg

Slice the zucchini into thin strips using a vegetable peeler (or cheese slicer), 12 pieces.
- Zucchini: 1 piece

We take long skewers or wooden shashlik sticks. We alternately skewer the vegetables: pepper, bread (previously dipped in marinade), fold zucchini like an accordion and skewer it, a cube of mozzarella carefully taken out of the marinade, and finish with a cherry tomato.

Place the canapés on the grill rack or baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil or brush with a culinary brush dipped in oil.

Bake at 180° for 6-8 minutes.
