Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease 4 fireproof dishes with butter. Finely chop the feta and place it at the bottom of the dishes. Mix the chopped tomatoes and sausages, and place them on top of the cheese. Slice the butter thinly and distribute half among the 4 dishes. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Butter: 50 g
- Feta cheese: 400 g
- Tomatoes: 200 g
- Frankfurt sausages: 2 pieces

Beat the eggs with a little salt, then distribute the mixture into 4 molds. Cut the peppers into thin rings, lightly drizzle with vegetable oil, and place on top of the egg mixture. Add the remaining butter on top. Sprinkle with paprika and return to the oven for 10-15 minutes until the pepper is browned. Serve very hot.

Soak the feta in cold water for 1 hour. Drain and dry well.
