Country-style potatoes

Cover the rack with high sides with dense foil folded in two layers, so that it exceeds the height of the rack's edges.

Grease the foil with vegetable oil.
- Vegetable oil: 6 tablespoons

Wash the potatoes with a vegetable brush, dry them.

Without cleaning, cut in half lengthwise or slice. Lay out on foil in a single layer.

Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings. Rub it with your hands and spread the onion over the potatoes.
- Onion: 3 heads

Prepare the dressing. Combine wine vinegar with salt and pepper. Stir until the salt granules dissolve. Peel the garlic and press it or chop it finely. Add it to the wine vinegar. Pour in the remaining vegetable oil.
- Wine vinegar: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Vegetable oil: 6 tablespoons

Pour 2/3 of the marinade over the potatoes.
- Potato: 12 pieces

Cover with double-folded foil and wrap tightly to prevent any leakage.

Fry potatoes on coals for about 30-40 minutes.

Pour with the remaining marinade and sprinkle with greens.
