Gravlax with vodka

A Scandinavian treasure that turns fish into the best of appetizers. You will also need sea salt (it is more delicate and interesting - not the option to replace it with regular salt), dill and vodka!

Mix salt, sugar, and pepper and rub the mixture on the fish. Then rub half with finely chopped dill.
- Sea salt: 2 tablespoons
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Ground black pepper: 1 tablespoon
- Salmon fillet: 500 g
- Dill: 2 bunchs

Place in a container, pour vodka on top, and wrap in film. Put a board on top to press the fish.
- Vodka: 4 tablespoons

Chill for 24–48 hours.

Rinse the fish, sprinkle with the remaining dill, and cut it.
