Slice several champignons lengthwise, the number of slices should equal the number of tartlets. Chop the remaining mushrooms into small cubes.

Heat 20 ml of vegetable oil and 30 grams of butter in a pan, and fry the onion until golden.

Melt the remaining butter in a saucepan, add flour, and mix until smooth.

- Wheat flour: 20 g

Gradually pour the cream into the saucepan, stirring with a whisk. Cook, stirring continuously, until it thickens to a jelly-like consistency. Add salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Cream 20%: 200 ml
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Nutmeg: to taste

Place mushrooms with onions in tartlets, pour with creamy sauce, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Champignons: 500 g
