Pass the meat through a meat grinder, add fried cumin, flour, starch, egg, salt, pepper, cream, and mix well.

- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Divide the mass into three parts, roll each out, place finely chopped cheese and carrot in the middle, and pinch the edges to form a roll.

Place each roll separately on greased cellophane, wrap tightly, and tie the ends.
