Cut the cheese into thick slices and coat in breadcrumbs.
- Hard cheese: 400 g
- Breadcrumbs: 50 g

Heat odorless vegetable oil to boiling, dip cheese slices in it, and fry them on both sides for a few seconds. The fire should be strong so the cheese doesn't melt.
