110 minutes

Tartlets with sweet onion, goat cheese, and thyme are an exquisite appetizer of European cuisine, delighting with their harmonious flavor combination. The crispy dough enriched with parmesan and spices creates the perfect base for the aromatic filling. Slowly caramelized onion reveals its sweetness, while the delicate goat cheese adds a light creamy texture and zest. Thyme completes the composition, providing freshness and a refined herbal aftertaste. These tartlets are a superb decoration for a festive table and a gastronomic pleasure for true gourmets. They pair wonderfully with white wine and make an excellent appetizer for a dinner party or cozy family evening.

Add parmesan, 1/2 teaspoon of mustard, a pinch of cayenne pepper, and just over a tablespoon of cold water. Knead a firm dough. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, wrapped in plastic wrap.
