Heat a large skillet. Peel the pear and cut it into 4 pieces, removing the core. Slice the pear into thin slices. Cut the ham into strips and wrap them around the pear slices. Chop the walnuts, then the herbs.
- Pears: 100 g
- Black Forest Ham: 100 g
- Walnuts: 25 g
- Chopped parsley: 2 tablespoons
- Dill: 2 tablespoons

Put butter in the pan, and when it melts to a froth, add the rolls. Fry for 2-3 minutes until crispy, flipping once. Pour brandy into the pan to ignite the contents. Add the nut crumble, stirring until the flame goes out and the brandy evaporates.

On serving plates, place arugula, sprinkle with sliced onion, parsley, and dill. Add spices to taste. Top with rolls and nut crumble. Break the blue cheese into small pieces, removing the rind first, and sprinkle on top.
