Sandwich with sprats and creamy mousse

First, prepare the creamy mousse. Peel the garlic and grate it on a fine grater.
- Garlic: 2 cloves

In a deep bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese, and garlic, whisking until smooth. The mousse is ready.
- Sour cream: 80 g
- Cream cheese: 160 g
- Garlic: 2 cloves

Pour water into the saucepan and place it on high heat.

Add a pinch of salt and place the eggs in boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes.
- Salt: to taste
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces

Remove from heat and place the eggs in cold water. The yolk should remain raw.

Heat the pan and fry the bread in butter until golden brown.
- Butter: to taste
- White bread: 4 pieces

Wash the cucumbers and cut them into small cubes.
- Cucumbers: 200 g

Spread mousse on the bread and place cucumbers on top.
- Cream cheese: 160 g
- Cucumbers: 200 g

Cut the eggs in half and place them on the cucumbers.
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces

Place sprats around the egg.
